What data we collect
When you submit an enquiry, request a valuation, or book a consultation, we collect the information you provide directly: full name, email address, phone number, and any details about your property search or property for sale (preferred area, budget, property type, and your message). We do not collect sensitive categories of data through these forms.
Why we process your data
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, provide the real-estate advisory services you request, and — only if you opt in separately — to send you relevant property updates. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in following up on enquiries addressed to us.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and client data for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Who we share it with
Your data is processed by our internal advisory team and by service providers who support our operations under data-processing agreements: Supabase (database hosting), Resend (transactional email delivery), and, where applicable, HubSpot (CRM). We do not sell your data to third parties. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under adequate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to privacy@groupmarel.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
